Privacy Policy

Penguin Math Race: Kids Game is developed and published by CopperHand Studio, an independent developer located in Türkiye, operating under the Third Axis Games creative label.

1. Overview

Our priority is providing a safe and fun learning environment for children. The app is free to play and contains optional, family-friendly rewarded video ads. We design the app to comply with data protection laws for children, including COPPA, and with the Google Play Families Policy.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, address, photos, contacts, microphone or camera data, or precise location. The app has no accounts, no sign-in, no user chat, and no social features. We do not set any user ID or user profile.

3. Information Stored on Your Device

Game progress (such as gold, unlocked costumes, records, settings, and the frame rate preference) is saved only on your device. It is not sent to us. Uninstalling the app removes this data.

4. Anonymous Usage Analytics

To understand which parts of the game are fun and to fix problems, the app uses Google Analytics for Firebase. It records anonymous gameplay events, for example: a race started or ended, a costume or effect was bought or tried, a daily reward was claimed, or the frame rate setting was changed. These events contain no personal information.

The following technical data may be processed automatically by Firebase: a randomly generated app-instance identifier (not linked to you or your device's advertising ID), device model, operating system version, app version, language, and approximate country derived from the IP address.

• The Android Advertising ID and Android ID are not collected by analytics, and the app does not request the advertising ID permission.
• Analytics data is not used for advertising or ad personalization, and ad-related consent is set to denied.

5. Advertising and Families Policy

The app shows rewarded video ads only, and only when the player chooses to watch one (for example, to double a reward). There are no banner or forced full-screen ads. We use Google AdMob, a Google Play certified ad SDK, and:

• All ad requests are marked as child-directed (Tag for Child-Directed Treatment).
• Only non-personalized ads are served; ads are not based on user behavior.
• Ad content is limited to the maximum content rating G (general audiences).

AdMob may process limited technical data such as IP address (for approximate location, security and fraud prevention), device and software information, and ad interaction data (for frequency capping and measurement). See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

6. Purchases, Links and Safety

The app has no in-app purchases with real money. Gold is an in-game currency earned by playing or by watching optional rewarded ads. The app contains no social media links, no web browsing, and no user-to-user communication.

7. Data Sharing and Retention

We do not sell personal data. Anonymous analytics data is processed by Google (Firebase) on our behalf, and ad data is processed by Google (AdMob). Analytics data is retained according to our Firebase retention settings and is not linked to an identifiable person.

8. Parents' Rights

Because we do not knowingly collect personal information from children, there is normally nothing for us to delete. If you believe your child has provided personal information, contact us and we will promptly remove it. Parents can also reset the app's data by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app, and can reset or limit ad-related identifiers in their device's Google settings.

9. Intellectual Property & AI Usage

All game materials were created by CopperHand Studio. Some assets were produced with the assistance of licensed AI tools, reviewed and finalized by the developer. CopperHand Studio asserts full ownership for in-game use.

10. Changes to This Policy

If we change how the app handles data, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date.

All data is encrypted in transit. The app has no accounts, so a data deletion request is not applicable; contact us with any request.
